Our breakfast burrito, from 7:00 AM on Shattuck

Our breakfast burrito is eggs, home fries, cheese and salsa, $11.25, served fresh from 7:00 AM, Monday to Saturday. Here's what goes into it, the two choices you make when you order, and what else is on our breakfast menu if you'd like your eggs and salsa another way.

What's inside

That's the whole recipe: four things, and no meat unless you add it. The home fries are part of the burrito, not a side, so the potatoes come in every bite along with the eggs and cheese.

Everyone has their own idea of the best breakfast burrito. Some people want it as simple as it gets, and some want bacon in it. Ours starts simple, and the two choices below let you take it either way.

Make it yours

There are two choices, and both are optional. The first is heat: non-spicy, mild or spicy. The second is meat. You can add bacon, ham or sausage.

If you have an allergy, or you want something left out, tell us when you call.

Picking up for a few people

Bringing breakfast burritos back to the office or the house? Before you call, write down each person's heat level and any add-ons. It keeps the call short, and it gets everyone the burrito they asked for.

Huevos Ranchero is rice, beans, eggs and salsa with a corn tortilla, for $12.50. You choose non-spicy or spicy, black beans or pinto beans, and how you want your eggs: scrambled, sunny side up, over easy, over medium or over hard.

The Breakfast Sandwich is the quick one at $4.99, with ham, sausage or no meat at all. It takes the same heat choices as the burrito and the same bacon, ham or sausage add-ons.

And if you want the eggs and home fries without the tortilla, 2 Eggs, Home Fries is $11.25 and comes with toast or a muffin.

Coffee and our fresh orange juice both come in three sizes. A breakfast burrito with a small coffee comes to $13.90 before tax.

When and where

How to order

Call us at (510) 486-8027. You can pick your order up, eat at one of our tables, or have it delivered by a third-party courier.

If you want to see everything first, our menu lets you tap a dish, pick your options and add it to an order, with the subtotal added up for you. Online ordering isn't available yet, so when your order looks right, call us and read it to us.
